The president of RBC Cable Technologies, Inc. and two of his employees Marc Scilingo and Collin Pfenninger worked along side the team from Custom Alloy of High Bridge, NJ who designed and fabricated the replacement water wheel at the historic Red Mill Museum in Clinton NJ. Ray is on the board of trustees at the Red Mill.
